As a general rule, Christian Heirlooms uses the United States Postal Service for our shipments. Unless otherwise requested, we will use first class mail to ship a package.
Most packages are shipped within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.
Rates Our shipping charges include the following: gift box, postage (including delivery confirmation or signature confirmation if over $250), insurance (required on all packages), packaging, and handling.
Domestic USPS-First class is $7.99. This rate is for US addresses including US possessions and APO/FPO addresses.
USPS-Priority mail is $11.99. This rate applies to US addresses only including US possessions and APO/FPOs.
USPS-Express Mail is $24.99 for US addresses and US possessions including APO/FPOs. Next day delivery to most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses.
International USPS-International Express is $29.99 for international addresses that are serviced by USPS International Express. For more information you can log onto www.USPS.com The rule of thumb is, if USPS does not deliver to your address, neither will we. We do not ship to all countries. At this time we will ship to Canada, and the continents of Europe and Australia. Asian countries are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to purchase to see if your country can receive shipment. **International Customers need to be aware of any duties or import taxes that may be charged by your country when a package is shipped.We are not responsible for those charges.We will gladly remove any retail tags that are attached to the item so that it will help minimize your taxes but please do not ask us to mark "costume" or to imply that the jewelry is fake. We will mark your package with the low price that you actually paid, not the retail value, to help. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email us before you purchase.
**Also, please notice your package will not have any markings that show that the package as insured. We do not insure with the US Post Office, but with Universal Parcel Insurance Coverage (U-PIC). They believe that by not marking the package as insured that it does not notify a potential thief that the package is of value and therefore worth stealing. Even though the package is not marked, it is definitely insured!
