Nothing would make us happier than to have a customer purchase from us over and over again. To make that happen we will try very hard to make your transaction a pleasant experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry and hope that upon receipt of your item you find that we exceeded your expectations. If, however, you are not satisfied and want to return your purchase you can do so within 7 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee and return postage will be the responsiblity of the purchaser. We will gladly refund, replace or exchange any item that does not show signs of wear or mistreatment. Altered jewelry cannot be returned. We will refund purchase prices only (less restocking fee). Shipping (including the handling and insurance charges built in) cannot be refunded. Occasionally, we may offer a free shipping promotion. If you purchased during that promotion then we will deduct $7.99 from the refund to help defray the cost of shipping.
How to Return
First, contact us through email or phone to get a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the package. Packages without this number will not be accepted and refunded.
Second, securely repackage the item in the original gift box and put in a secure package. If tags were on the item upon receipt, make sure they are still on the item when repackaged. If your purchase was jewelry,DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGE TO INDICATE THAT THERE IS JEWELRY INSIDE! This will help to protect the package from theft. However, be sure to write the RAN (Return Authorization Number) on the outside.
Third, ship the package by the carrier of your choice. We recommend you insure the package and use delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages mailed from you to us. Lost or damaged packages will require follow-up from you as the sender. Shipping charges incurred shipping a package back to us will not be refunded.
Lastly, make sure that your name and address are legibly printed on the exterior of the package. Mail the package to:

Please note that the reason we do not put My Heavenly Jewelry in the address line is that we do not want others to know there is jewelry in the package. This will help both of us prevent the theft of the package. We also do not use our name when sending packages to our customers for the same reason.
You will receive a refund within 2-3 days of the return to allow us time to inspect the item. If you paid with PayPal or credit card you will receive a refund to your account. Your refund will be in the form of a check if you used any other method.
